How to play
Tap a ring to turn its opening toward the next clamp, or hold and drag around its centre. If a ring only wiggles, another piece is keeping it locked. Free that piece first. Clear every ring to finish the level.
How do you play Ring Twist?
Ring Twist is a ring-and-clamp puzzle by croko cat, running in the creator’s hosted player. Tap a free ring to turn it toward its next connection, or drag around its centre for control over the turn. The ring counter tracks the pieces left on the board; the turn counter and stars reward finishing with fewer moves.
Level 1: start with the purple ring
The opening board has a blue ring above a purple ring. Tap the solid edge of the purple ring to bring its opening around to the blue clamp. In our test, this cleared both pieces in one turn and earned three stars. The blue ring is held in place until that connection is released.
Level 2: one ring, two connections
The next board has red, cyan and green rings. Tap the cyan ring once to free the red ring, then tap its solid edge again to release the green connection. We cleared this board in two turns. A ring that wiggles without turning is a cue to inspect what its own clamp still grips.
Can I play with one finger?
Yes. Tap a solid part of a ring to advance it to its next clamp, or drag around its centre. Fullscreen gives the board more room. Exit fullscreen returns to this page. Desktop mouse and Android touch emulation were checked; a physical phone has not been tested.
Will my progress survive a reload?
The hosted game keeps its progress in browser storage. After completing the first two boards, our reload test returned to the menu with Level 3 unlocked and the earned stars retained. Use the Levels button to continue. Keep the same browser and device; clearing storage or using private browsing can remove progress. This site does not provide a cross-device backup.
